Driven by Impact. ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE.

Why we started

The Eakin Collaborative

A woman and a man with conference badges posing in front of a city skyline from a tall building.

After decades in nonprofits, tech companies, and consulting firms, Emily Eakin and Kelly Miller launched The Eakin Collaborative — not to do business as usual, but because business as usual wasn’t working.

We’ve been on the inside — juggling competing priorities, tight budgets, broken systems, and real deadlines. We know what it’s like, and that’s why we show up differently.

We’re not here to upsell. We’re here to guide. As strategic advisors who’ve walked in your shoes, we’re now in your corner.

The Eakin Collaborative is the kind of partner we always wished we had -trusted, transparent, and built to deliver real results.

Helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and results that matter.

Unbiased. Experienced. Values-driven.
